Make your Child Health Plus premium payment

To pay online

To make your premium payment online, grab your invoice and go to our Premium Payment website (ACI).* Follow the instructions listed on your invoice.

If you haven't already registered, you'll need to:

Step 1:  Register on our Premium Payment website.

Step 2:  Register by following the instructions online.

Step 3:  Make your payment.

*Be sure to have your invoice nearby.

Other ways to pay

Pay by phone:

  • Get your bank routing number and account number from the bottom of your check or your debit/credit card information
  • Call 1-844-885-1004 and follow the prompts.
  • Use your dial pad to put in what you’re asked for.
  • Don’t hang up until you get your confirmation number!

Pay through a representative:

Call 1-844-885-1004 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time and follow the prompts.
